What you will be doing

The role is based in our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the management - you will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions to improve the product.
You will be part of the account management team whose goal is to manage the relationship with the e-commerce partners and to find the best strategy to grow the number of Satispay payments processed by the customer.

You will work on:

  • being responsible for a group of Corporate e-Commerces, driving new growth among existing customers by cross-selling new Satispay products and services;
  • following all the activation steps of our Business service for the new corporate e-commerce onboarded, from the tech integration between Satispay and the customer platform to the co-marketing activities post-golive.
  • challenging yourself and testing your communication/negotiation skills. The activity will be handled mainly by phone call and email
  • using our BI tool to extract data about payments and transactions to generate reports and dashboards.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management of Corporate Customers operating in e-commerce platform
  • a successful track record in managing big corporates
  • strong knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and of the web /app integrations
  • flexibility, high motivation and results-oriented approach. Knowledge and passion for the Fintech industry constitutes an advantage
  • commercial attitude and exceptional relational skills. Time management skills may be helpful to face your daily routine
  • fluency in Italian and English
