What we need

The Community Specialist is responsible for monitoring the community channels to communicate and to engage, excite, and troubleshoot, with the ultimate goal to drive traffic, engagement, brand loyalty and influence our customers to become active Satispay ambassadors.

Reporting to the Communication Manager, the Community Specialist will be fully responsible for managing conversations on community channels, in particular Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, in close collaboration with the Marketing and CS teams and create catchy contents liaising with the rest of the Marketing team and other stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A demonstrated ability to grow a new audience and engage readers, telling complex stories in simple, compelling ways.
  • Enthusiasm for uncovering new stories and new angles on old topics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and predisposition to work in a team.
  • A deep understanding of the social multimedia landscape;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and to remain calm under pressure.
  • Native italian knowledge and fluency in English are mandatory. Knowledge of German or French is considered to be a plus.

What you will be doing

The chosen candidate will become part of the Marketing team and, in particular, carry out the following activities:

  • Support the Communication Manager in the creation of compelling marketing communications to acquire and engage users aligned with the overall strategy and TOV and ensuring strategic alignment with marketing and business calendars and objectives;
  • Monitor and drive conversations on all Social Media, app stores and relevant online news and media outlets;
  • Manage community advocates and creators;
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative reports and feedbacks based on online surveys, close monitoring and app stores reviews;
  • Publish and write content on our website and proprietary communication channels;
