What we need

A proactive, experienced and dynamic professional willing to establish themselves as Satispay’s subject-matter expert regarding Outsourcing. Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing/vendor/third-party/supply-chain management
  • knowledge of the outsourcing regulatory framework for financial institutions
  • Excellent organization skills and feels comfortable in working independently in a fast-growing environment
  • fluent English, professional level of Italian and French are considered an asset
  • passion about the FinTech industry

What you will be doing

As Outsourcing Manager you will coordinate and execute all the different stages of Outsourcing management. In particular, your main tasks will be:

  • developing, implementing and maintaining the outsourcing management policies, procedures, and registers
  • supporting colleagues in supplier selection and assessment
  • conducting the necessary risk and opportunity assessments;
  • preparing and submitting notifications and authorisation requests to the authority
  • monitoring of all the ongoing outsourcings, defining and measuring SLAs and KPIs
