You will be part of the Account Management Team giving your support to make Satispay the best payment system available by conducting issues diagnosing / bugs finding and testing our apps and software features executing manual tests.
You will be a point of reference for internal and external needs: support Business partners in the integration process of our APIs assisting at the same time IT and Account Management Teams in bug fixing, documentation, and procedures drafting.
You will also test new technologies and IT products that may be useful to implement in Satispay and actively support our community of merchants regarding application or software issues.
The role is based in Milano.
