What you will be doing

The role is based in our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the management - you will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions to improve the product.
You will be focused on satisfying customer needs and managing the long-time relationship with the merchant.
You will be part of the Key Account Team which responsibilities are:

  • manage the onboarding process of Corporate Retail Merchants
  • lead the post-sales cycle of your clients
  • co-marketing and trade-marketing activities during and post golive
  • maintain relations with third-party integrators
  • manage and solve technical problems
  • share personal ideas to improve Merchants metrics, product and operations

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management of Corporate Retail Merchants
  • excellent knowledge of main computers, smartphone OS, cash registers and API integrations
  • commercial attitude and exceptional relational and communication skills
  • problem-solving abilities, identifying the core of the problem, and providing creative solutions.
  • precision in execution & detailed oriented mindset
  • fluent in Italian and English (German/French will be considered as a plus)
  • positive attitude
