What we need:

  • Fluent spoken and written Italian and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and predisposition to work in a team
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of French and German is considered a plus

What you will be doing

The chosen candidate will become part of the Customer Care team and, in particular, carry out the following activities

  • handle customers' queries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • manage large amounts of incoming emails/customers' requests, with empathy and patience;
  • make outbound calls when needed;
  • use multiple spreadsheets and dashboards to collect and combine customers information;
  • communicate with the involved teams - IT, Marketing and Compliance etc. - to complete and improve process procedures.

Logistic & Salary

The role is based in Milano.

We offer a 6 months paid internship.
This internship may lead to a full time position.
