What we need

  • fluency in French and English, Italian and/or German are a plus
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proactive, multitasking and can-do attitude
  • good IT skills
  • discrete and detail-oriented mindset
  • previous working experience in a company’s administrative department or corporate services firm
  • willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges and to work under pressure in an extremely fast-paced environment, in team and autonomously

What you will be doing

You will be the liaison between the employees and the management, between the management and external counterparties, and between the Luxembourg entity and the other group entities. You will be in charge of a wide spectrum of tasks including administration, accounting, human resources and office coordination:


  • Employment services
  • Corporate services
  • Auditors
  • Banks
  • Payroll
  • Procurements


  • Daily management of the company’s incoming/outgoing flows
  • Payments
  • Assist in monthly closures

Human resources:

  • Assist in hiring, including interviewing and managing candidates
  • Staff training to the company policies and procedures
  • Staff evaluation

Office coordination:

  • Incoming and outgoing phone calls/mails
  • Office supplies and organization
  • Business travels
  • Internal and external event organization

Logistics and Salary

The role is based in Luxembourg.
