What we need

A proactive and motivated individual who has the willingness to learn and become an expert in outsourcing management within the financial industry.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • the doer’s attitude - you get stuff done and you’re able to connect the dots
  • previous experience working for financial institutions, understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements impacting the business
  • passion about the tech industry; you consider yourself a geek and an early-adopter user of new technologies
  • excellent organisation skills and comfortable working independently in a fast-growing environment
  • fluency in English, professional level of Italian is considered an asset

What you will be doing

As Outsourcing Analyst your main task will be supporting all the different stages of Outsourcing management:

  • developing and maintaining the outsourcing management framework and registers
  • supporting colleagues in supplier selection and assessment
  • conducting the necessary risk and opportunity assessments
  • monitoring of all the ongoing outsourcings, measuring SLAs and KPIs
