What we need

  • Fluent in English and Italian - most of your interviews will be conducted in English
  • Knowledge of a second language among German, French or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Ambitious, precise and determined - you have a can-do attitude, challenges excite you and you love solving problems
  • Charismatic - you can transmit the passion of the business to candidates
  • Headhunting / Talent Acquisition experience - you know how to source and search for candidates and can implement adequate strategies to maximise interest in the role advertised

Other Desired experience (but not a requisite):

  • Wider HR background
  • Experience with managing Employee Lifecycle (pre-start, during employment, post-employment)
  • Team management experience

    What you will be doing

    As Talent Acquisition Manager you will have a crucial role in enabling the company to scale by hiring new staff by spotting and attracting talent to the company. You will develop a strategy to maximise the chances of hiring the best talent in the market so they hit the floor running when they join the company. As Satispay is going through an internationalisation process, your contribution to identifying and attracting talents in new markets will be a fundamental step in laying the foundation of our business abroad.

    You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

    • Developing a Talent Acquisition Strategy, designed to attract and hire the best talent
    • Searching, screening and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
    • Developing our Employer Branding to promote Satispay as the best workplace
    • Working with Hiring Managers to formulate offers, manage the relationship with candidates and help them with the process until their first day in the company


      The role is based in Milano.
