What you will be doing

The chosen candidate will carry out different post-sales and customer care activities. She/he will be a daily point of reference for merchants who accept Satispay as a payment system for their business. She/he will also interact with various Satispay departments and will be responsible for assisting merchants trough new features and improvements.

The activity will be handled mainly by phone-call and email, and consist of:

  • on-boarding hundreds merchants per day following strict internal procedures;
  • making scheduled outbound calls with empathy and patience;
  • managing large amounts of incoming emails providing high-quality support to our merchants by assisting them to solve pre and post-activation problems;
  • combining information from multiple sources, using spreadsheets and customer care / BI tools;
  • taking care of the relationship with existing business partners;
  • completing and improving our existing procedures.

The Junior Merchant Support Representative will work from the Satispay Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the management - will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions to improve the product.

Logistic & Salary

The role is based in Milan.

We offer a 6 months paid internship.
This internship may lead to a full-time position.
