The chosen candidate will carry out different post-sales and customer care activities. She/he will be a daily point of reference for merchants who accept Satispay as a payment system for their business. The activity will be handled mainly by phone-call and email, and consist of:
The Junior Account will work from the Satispay Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the management - will have the chance to share personal ideas, proposals and contributions to improve the product.

The role is based in Milan.
We offer a 6 months paid internship.
