What you will be doing

As a Personal Assistant you will primarily support the CEO of Satispay and the managing team. Plan, follow and support all the activities to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the leading team. Your activities will include:

  • Be ready to support other C-level executives of the company in case of need
  • Manage agenda and calendars, schedule appointments, organise and prepare meetings, set up meeting rooms (to include video conferencing/ refreshments/ send pre-read to participants etc), perform travel arrangements, prepare and submit file expense claims. You will also arrange team meetings and administer a variety of activities. Your role will likely evolve, as the executives appreciate proposals and initiatives you can provide
  • Draft and edit presentations, communications and other documentation as required. Be ready to keep minutes of the meetings and prepare reports - if needed
  • Receive and welcome visitors, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and act as a contact point and filter for information for the CEO.
  • Interact with all the teams to organize activities and support facility management of the headquarters
  • Carry out continuous monitoring of current operational activities to identify and implement process improvements about people and spaces organisation
  • Finally, be ready to contribute as a problem solver, providing support for a variety of office needs and be prepared for challenges and tasks the company growth will bring up

  • is systematic, methodical and rigorous to deliver tasks on time, bringing out the best possible results
  • has to use every present experience to better structure the future ones: Satispay will grow in numbers and the processes must be ready to cope with the growth
  • Is flexible and proactive with good communication skills - both for internal and external people
  • Is fluent in English and Italian - both written and spoken
  • Is able to relate well with both technologies and people
  • Preferably has previous experience in similar roles
