What you will be doing

As part of the Account Management Team you will give your contribution to make Satispay the best payment system available by revising and eventually re-designing our merchant onboarding processes. You will report directly to the Head of Account Management and you will mainly focus on the following activities:

  • support in the definition of to-be operations and Merchant onboarding process, working closely with Account Management, Business Development and Tech Teams
  • achieve business goals by developing and implementing process
  • monitor and routinely report out on process performance and improvements in key metrics
  • build, look and manage automated flows and Develop and maintain a list of ongoing Process Improvement projects and track them
  • achieve business goals by developing and implementing process improvements.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities
  • the capacity to identify and analyze problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements to translate merchant needs into effective and effortless solutions,
  • continuous improvement mindset
  • ability to work independently and in group settings
  • strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • a great attitude, an open mind, an eagerness to learn and a willingness to take initiative, no matter the task, is the top requirement
