What we need

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent in French (native-equivalent) and English, Italian is a plus but not required
  • Analytical - you look at data critically and insightfully
  • Proactive - you grab opportunities, run with them and make things happen
  • Detail oriented - you have spotted the typo in this job posting
  • Determined, ambitious and ready to take on more responsibility - strong enterprise attitude and multi-tasking approach are required
  • 2-3 years experience in a digital and fast-growing environment

What you will be doing

The successful candidate will be a member of the Central Marketing Team based in Italy, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working in close cooperation with the local country team.

The core focus of the role will initially be to take care of all channel-based activities for the market with a mission to create awareness of the service, while we build our merchant base.

You will therefore leverage all channels at your disposal to appeal to early adopters and generate buzz around the service.

What we expect from you:

  • Develop and execute detailed quarterly marketing plans
  • Analyze and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Liaise with teams in Milan for customized local initiatives and trade marketing materials (in-store displays, stickers, other promotional materials)
  • Cooperate with our PR agency and manage all the local communication partners
  • Lead and localize operations according to HQ framework and strategy, by coordinating online advertising, community management, consumer and merchant communication via email marketing and push notifications
