What we need

  • fluency in Italian and English
  • previous working experience in office management, also experience in company organisation will be a strong plus
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • good IT skills
  • detail-oriented mindset
  • willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges and to work under pressure in extremely fast-paced environment, in team and autonomously

What you will be doing

You will be fully responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the office organisation in Satispay HQ:

  • Execute organisation and office administration functions: supplies, travels, expense claim etc
  • Be the master of the office: find best solutions for each issue that may affects the the company organisation and everyday life in the office
  • Office suppliers and services management
  • Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements about people and spaces organisation
  • Cooperate with the F&A team and the HR department in order to develop the best working environment ever
  • Acts as a liaison to management and executives to resolve issues and manage daily workflow and deadlines

The role is based in Milano.
